I’m excited to share that I have finally settled down enough to start teaching a regular Yin class at @collective.bh.

The spiral of worry, anxiety, self-defeat and fear are hard to extract ourselves from. And when outside forces are pressing around us, it becomes even harder to quiet the raging of the mind. It starts to feel like the answers to the big questions in life become even more elusive.

After a few more years of inner and outer exploration, I am excited to return to this program and to the gift that comes with sharing knowledge with others.

Taking the next step in my yoga journey as I join Brooke and the incredible team at @yogalifemichigan.
